- 5 year financial modelling and projection
- establishing all policies and processes
- contracting for HR business partner resource, management
accountancy function and IT systems and support - renting depots and purchasing vehicles
in parallel, a countywide vision and strategy for passenger transport was created, within which the company’s role was clear
