Verity DruceI have been fortunate to have been surrounded by many inspiring leaders throughout my career, and I know the potential one person can harness, making a phenomenal impact on people, organisations and society. Change can be daunting and challenging. It can also be transformational and exciting. In every role I have delivered in my 25 year career, I have focused on enabling third and public sector teams and organisations to thrive.

I am passionate about transforming teams and organisations to become the best they can be, benefitting society through their positive impact  – I simply love it! Unlocking the ambitions and creativity of a team is one of the most rewarding feelings.

My approach is people centred. Through serving people, developing people and working through people, the results can be amazing. For me, life is all about making connections with other people (and as many animals as I can!), and loving the experience.

All of my experience has been in the public and third sectors, specifically in passenger transport, commercialisation, procurement and environmental charity activity.

I have consistently demonstrated the ability to dive into work areas without prior experience or knowledge, absorbing intelligence rapidly, analysing the main issues and reaching a solution, both at strategic and operational levels.

Developing a vision and strategy, then designing and implementing transformative, positive change is what I specialise in – all through exceptional relationship management, valuing and maximising social capital and through high levels of collaborative working.
